IESW POSTING MEETING
JUNE 26th AT 8:00 AM
Bell Performing Arts Centre (Sullivan Heights Secondary)
Reminder you MUST register to attend the meeting if you wish to post and you must attend the meeting in person.
Choices will not be accepted unless you are on an approved leave of absence.
POSTING WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR VIEWING ON THE DISTRICT WEBSITE ON JUNE 22ND
AMENDMENTS TO THE POSTING WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR VIEWING ON JUNE 24TH
If you have suffered a reduction in hours for September 2026 and you are not successful in getting a posting on June 26, you must state AT THE MICROPHONE one of the following:
1. Accept your reduction & remain at your current school, or
2. Attend the bumping meeting in August, or
3. Revert to the spareboard
If you do not declare if you wish to bump, it will be assumed that you accept the reduction

NOTE: Qualified IESWs who are currently working in a different classification wishing to apply will submit their posting choice(s) via email to hr@surreyschools.ca by 1:30 pm on June 25th.
Also those on a long-term leave of absence who wish to apply for a position must submit in writing via email to hr@surreyschools.ca with their posting choice(s) by 1:30 pm on June 25th.
Late applications WILL NOT be accepted.
Please remember parking is very limited so car pool if possible.
