Did you know that BlueCross/CaresNet has a mobile App for both Iphone and Samsung products? You can sign-in and you can see your full account, see what’s coming up, etc. We’ve had members say this App is really useful.

Would you like your family to have access to LifeWorks? Great news – they do! Your eligible dependents can access all of the well-being resources on the “Employee Assistance” section of the platform. They can also call LifeWorks toll-free, any time, 24/7, to speak with an expert advisor.
To invite your family members to connect to LifeWorks online: log in to sd36.lifeworks.com , go to your Profile button, then select “Profile,” then “Family.” You can add up to five eligible dependents’ email addresses, and LifeWorks will send them an email invitation to join.
You can also connect with Lifeworks on your phone! Download the app. by searching “lifeworks” in the App Store or on Google Play. Sign in with your work email address and follow the same instructions above to invite your family members.
