CUPE728 has some amazing Culinary Assistants (Formally: Cafeteria Assistant I & II)!
They have such an important role in our high schools. They help in training students enrolled in food handling and preparation courses, taking care of the kitchen facilities, preparation of food served in the cafeterias and much, much more. On January 16, we recognize all their hard work and dedication to their role.
